Welcome to the website of the 38th International Symposium on Money, Banking and Finance, annual meeting of the European Research Group (GdRE) on Money Banking and Finance. The conference will be held at University of Strasbourg, on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th June 2022. It is locally organized by Beta.

Important dates

Submissions open: December 15th 2021

Submissions close: March 6th 2022 (updated)

Decisions on acceptance: April 15th 2022

Papers will be reviewed by members of the Program Committee. Authors of accepted papers are expected to be available to serve as session chairs or discussants. On this website you will be able to submit an article between the 15th of December 2021 and the 25th of February 2022. Please read the submission rules in the left menu before. The registration platform is closed. The regular registration fee (including the gala dinner) is 180 euros and 130 euros for PhD students. We invite you to register to the Conference here:

In order to prepare the conference’s programme, we would like you to register before May 23. Registration will not be possible anymore after this date. A detailed program will be posted on the conference website around June 15.

Organisation Institutions
 
BETA is part of the University of Strasbourg, the University of Lorraine and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS). BETA’s activities cover a large range of topics dealing with basic as well as applied scientific research in the fields of economics and management science. Historically, the laboratory developed its research programme along several research directions based on micro and macro–economic theories, and is heir to a local tradition of history of economic thought. It has also developed a number of focus areas, often resulting from the fruitful interaction between « theoretical » approaches and « applied » approaches such as European macroeconomics  innovation economics, management of technology and organisation, environmental economics, socio–economic approaches of education, training and employment, and more recently historical economics and cliometrics.

The GDRE Money Banking and Finance is a European research group in Money, Banking and Finance. It aims at enhancing collaborations between researchers in the fields of money, banking and finance from many universities and other institutions in France and abroad.
